Apigat 2.5 mg Tablet is a prescription anticoagulant (blood thinner) used to prevent harmful blood clots. Contains Apixaban 2.5 mg, a direct Factor Xa inhibitor. Helps reduce the risk of stroke, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and pulmonary embolism (PE).
