Esomac HP Combo is a prescription combination medicine used for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection associated with peptic ulcers and related gastrointestinal conditions.
The commonly marketed 750/500/40 mg pack contains Amoxicillin 750 mg + Clarithromycin 500 mg + Esomeprazole 40 mg.
