Abhay-TOX Vaccine is an adsorbed tetanus toxoid vaccine used to provide active immunity against tetanus.
It is manufactured by Human Biologicals Institute (Indian Immunological Limited).
Each 0.5 mL dose contains tetanus toxoid equivalent to ≥40 IU.
The vaccine is administered by intramuscular injection.

Active ingredient: Tetanus Toxoid

Adjuvant: Aluminium phosphate
Preservative: Thiomersal 0.01% w/v
Dosage form: Suspension for IM injection.

Abhay-TOX contains an inactivated tetanus toxin (toxoid).
It stimulates the immune system to produce antibodies against tetanus toxin, helping establish protective immunity without causing tetanus.
